Production & Shipping

How long does production take?

Custom jerseys take 7–15 business days to produce before shipment. Please plan accordingly for events or game days.

What are the shipping options and costs?

Orders are shipped via international express carriers. Delivery to the United States typically takes 8–15 business days after production is complete.

Free Shipping on orders of $119.00 or more

Please note that delivery to remote areas such as Alaska and Hawaii may take additional time beyond the standard delivery window.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange my jersey?

Because our jerseys are made to order, customized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

How do I report a damaged or incorrect item?
